abstract | The invention relates to a production method and a device of a three-phase biological bacterium organic fertilizer, which is characterized in that biogas fermentation, an anaerobic bacteria species propagation and fermentation integration continuous and rapid fermenting device and a three-phase rapid fermentation technology are used for processing city industrial organic waste materials, crops straws and human and animal night soil in a harmlessness manner to produce the high efficiency biological bacterium organic fertilizer. According to the invention, in a first phase, the animal dung with high carbon-nitrogen ratio is used for propagation and fermentation to produce secondary liquid strain; the secondary liquid strain with high carbon-nitrogen ratio is used as a main nitrogen source for high temperature aerobic fermentation in a second phase, and a third phase anaerobic fermentation is carried out after the second phase high temperature aerobic fermentation. The characteristics of high water content, high nitrogen and low carbon of human and animal night soils are used for rapidly decomposing by employing biogas fermentation to produce a lot of humic acid, amino acid and available nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus, and rapidly available potassium. A biogas broth is used for propagation and fermentation of biological bacterium, the biological bacterium propagation technology and production equipment are simplified, a lot of fermentation raw materials can be saved, biological bacterium propagation efficiency is accelerated, and beneficial biological bacterium survival rate can be increased. |
