The health pad comprises a fabric layer, a water absorption layer, a waterproof film layer and an adhesive layer which are sequentially overlapped from top to bottom, wherein the fabric layer is cloth soaked in the extracted green grass medicine immersion liquid and dried; the green grass medicine immersion liquid is extracted from the following green grass medicine raw materials: 8% of sessile alternanthera herb, 6% of Dushutou, 8% of small centipeda herb, 20% of Chinese ladiestresses root or herb, 10% of melica scabrosa trin, 15% of snowbell-leaf tickclover herb, 12% of plantain herb, 10% of herb of decumbent bugle, 5% of four-leaf lotus and 6% of polygonum aviculare. The health pad provided by the invention can be used for achieving an auxiliary treatment effect on urethritis caused by lower-energizer dampness and qi/blood stasis and obstruction.
