titleOfInvention | Making method for chicken complete formula feed with aquatic weeds as main ingredients |
abstract | The invention provides a making method for a chicken complete formula feed with aquatic weeds as main ingredients. The chicken complete formula feed comprises complete animal feed and soybean meal thereof. Specifically, the method includes the steps of: A. cleaning fresh aquatic weeds, drying them in the sun or baking them by baking equipment till complete dehydration and embrittlement; B. crushing the embrittled fresh aquatic weeds in step A into dry aquatic weed powder, employing dry aquatic weed powder which is 1.6-2.1 times the mass content of original soybean meal to partly replace soybean meal so as to serve as the plant protein source component of the chicken complete formula feed and be prepared into complete formula particle feed together with other components; and C. making the qualified mixture obtained in step B into particle feed with a diameter of 3-4mm. The making method provided by the invention is simple, and utilizes aquatic weed powder to partly replace soybean meal to serve as one of animal feed components directly, thus greatly reducing the feed cost, and increasing the content of protein, lipid and the like in the feed, improving quality, and also enhancing the fed animals' resistance to diseases and pests. |
