titleOfInvention Novel biologically bactericidal dispersing agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a novel biologically bactericidal dispersing agent and a preparation method of the novel biologically bactericidal dispersing agent. The novel biologically bactericidal dispersing agent is prepared from the following components: 30-60 parts of sodium 3,5-dimethyl benzenesulfonate, 100-150 parts of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate, 15-25 parts of acrylic ester-metacrylic acid ester polymeric adhesives, 20 parts of isopropyl alcohol, 1-10 parts of sodium hydroxide with concentration of 30%, and 600-800 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the steps of placing deionized water and the acrylic ester-metacrylic acid ester polymeric adhesives into a reaction kettle sequentially, heating to be at 42-47 DEG C while stirring under normal pressure and at 85rpm, dropwise adding the sodium hydroxide with concentration of 30% for 38-42min, slowly adding the sodium 3,5-dimethyl benzenesulfonate to be dissolved when the pH value is 8-10, sequentially adding the dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and the isopropyl alcohol to adjust the pH value to be at 7.5-8.0, and cooling to be at below 35 DEG C. The normal dosage of the novel biologically bactericidal dispersing agent is 50-150mg/L, and the novel biologically bactericidal dispersing agent is added for 1-2 times every week.
