abstract | Provided is a microscopic roughness structure with a protective film, in which the protective film is affixed to the microscopic roughness structure having on the surface thereof a structure of microscopic irregularities. The water contact angle of the surface of the microscopic roughness structure is equal to or less than 40 DEG and the compressive stress of the adhesive layer of the protective film when compressed in the thickness direction to a 20% compression rate is from 0.6-3.0 MPa. Further, in the infrared absorption spectrum of the microscopic roughness structure side surface of the microscopic roughness structure, the ratio (A1/A2) of peak area A1 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 3700-3100 cm-1 and peak area A2 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 1730 +-10 cm-1 is 0.1-0.8; and the ratio (B1/B2) of peak area B1 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 3700-3100 cm-1 and peak area B2 that has an absorption maximum in a region of 1730 +-10 cm-1 in the surface of the adhesive layer of the protective film is 0.6-1.3. |
