titleOfInvention Method for producing fatty acid methyl ester containing conjugated linoleic acid by repeated transformation fermentation process
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing fatty acid methyl ester containing conjugated linoleic acid by using a recombinant Yarrowia lipolytica strain CCFM-JU277-9. The method comprises the following steps: plate activating culture, seed culture, fermentation culture, extraction of fat from thallus, extraction of fat from fermentation supernate and the like. By adopting the thallus culture mode of secondary glucose supplementation, the method obviously enhances the biomass of the recombinant Yarrowia lipolytica strain CCFM-JU277-9. Meanwhile, a transformation mode of repeatedly transforming safflower seed oil by one batch of thallus is utilized to greatly enhance the yield of t10 and c12-CLA. Therefore, the method provided by the invention has excellent industrialized application prospects.
