titleOfInvention Internal tubular distributed solid-state fermentation method and fermentation tank
abstract The invention discloses an internal tubular distributed solid-state fermentation method and a fermentation tank. The structure comprises a vertical tank body with internal distribution of serpentine tubes, a liquid circulation system and a water-cooled type cold water machine system. In a fermentation process, a material in the tank body is cooled via the serpentine tubes distributed in the tank body through the liquid circulation system, so that the heat transfer efficiency in the fermentation process is enhanced; meanwhile, a material plate can be conveniently taken out of the tank and placed in the tank by adopting a lifting device in the tank. The design of the invention can maintain the temperature in the tank body within an appropriate fermentation range so as to prevent the accumulation of fermentation heat. On the other hand, the material is uniformly distributed between the cooling serpentine tubes, so that the temperature of the material is reduced in a gradient manner and the structure is conductive to growth and metabolism of microbes.
