titleOfInvention A kind of intermediate of DPP-IV inhibitor, its preparation method and the method for preparing DPP-IV inhibitor by it
abstract The present invention relates to an intermediate of DPP-IV inhibitor (formula I), its preparation method and the method for preparing DPP-IV inhibitor thereof. Specifically, the method reacts a cyclic chiral β-aminoaryl butyric acid derivative (structural formula II) with compound III, and then removes the amine protecting group to prepare the desired DPP-IV inhibitor. The method is simple to operate, low in cost and suitable for large-scale production.
