abstract | An engine hanging bracket front edge component of an aircraft comprises an engine hanging bracket front edge casing and an anti-icing coating located outside the casing, wherein the anti-icing coating comprises base coat and finishing coat, the base coat adopts alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc silicate base coat, and the finishing coat adopts an organic silicone modified acrylate coating; the dry film thickness of the base coat is 20 mu m, and the dry film thickness of the finishing coat is 36 mu m; and the organic silicone modified acrylate coating comprises components in percentage by weight as follows: 55%-65% of organic silicone modified acrylate resin, 20%-25% of color fillers, 3% of nano titanium dioxide, 3% of nano magnesium oxide, 1% of a flatting agent, 0.8% of a defoaming agent, 1.2% of a dispersing agent, 0.5% of a catalyst and 3%-5% of a solvent. The engine hanging bracket front edge component can effectively prevent an ice layer from forming on an engine hanging bracket front edge, and a formed ice layer falls off conveniently. |
