According to the method, the production process is more environmentally friendly and free of emission, the light curing technology is adopted in the production process, the drying time is shortened, the edge banding technology that technological steps are reserved on a PVC edge banding band is adopted in the periphery of the door blank, and the technological level of edge paint film forming of the periphery of the door blank is improved.
