titleOfInvention Novel simple EO clothes sterilization bag
abstract The invention relates to a novel simple EO clothes sterilization bag used for sterilization of high temperature and moisture intolerant clothes. When the novel simple EO clothes sterilization bag is used for sterilization, a plurality of packing materials can be used for packaging, so that storage and transportation are convenient, the novel simple EO clothes sterilization bag can be used as soon as a package is opened, and cross contamination is avoided. Sterilization quality can be effectively controlled via standard chemical and biological monitoring methods. Sterilization can be performed at room temperature; the whole sterilization time is short and flexible; and removing of EO residue is simple. After sterilization, nontoxic ethanediol is generated via discharging oxirane residue into water, consumption of a large amount of disinfectants is avoided, and no environmental pollution is caused. The novel simple EO clothes sterilization bag is convenient for using, and is simple and safe; no special equipment is needed; clothes are sterilized with oxirane sterilization gas before washing, so that a first washing process is capable of satisfying sterilization environmental protection standards; complete sterilization is performed before washing, so that bacteria pollution sources of clothes before washing are completely diminished; and clothes and processes during washing and after washing are both aseptic, and real healthy environmental protection washing is realized.
