For the instant coix seed powder, myotonin is taken as a main material and soybeans, oat, mung beans, ormosia, almonds, Chinese yams, puerarin, lotus seeds and Chinese-dates are taken as auxiliary materials, the main material and the auxiliary materials supplement each other.
