The raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of myotonin, 5-10 parts of soybeans, 5-10 parts of oat, 5-10 parts of mung beans, 5-10 parts of ormosia, 5-10 parts of almonds, 1-3 parts of Chinese yams, 1-3 parts of puerarin, 1-3 parts of lotus seeds and 1-3 parts of Chinese-dates. The auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of sugar powder, 1-3 parts of syrup, 1-3 parts of phospholipid, 3-6 parts of starch and 10-30 parts of water. For the instant coix seed powder, myotonin is taken as a main material and soybeans, oat, mung beans, ormosia, almonds, Chinese yams, puerarin, lotus seeds and Chinese-dates are taken as auxiliary materials, the main material and the auxiliary materials supplement each other. By adopting a boiling and pelletizing process, 100-mesh powder turns to 60/80-mesh powder, so that the drifting problem of the dust is alleviated, and the mixing property of the coix seed powder can be improved without using additives.
