titleOfInvention | Production method of pig complete formula feed with water plants used as main materials |
abstract | The invention provides a production method of pig complete formula feed with water plants used as main materials. The pig complete formula feed comprises complete pig animal feed and soybean meal of the feed. The production method comprises the steps as follows: A, the fresh water plants are cleaned, dried in the sun or dried by roasting equipment to be completely dehydrated and embrittled; B, the fresh water plants embrittled in Step A are crushed and prepared into dry water plant powder, the dry water plant powder part which is 1.3-1.6 times of the original soybean meal mass content substitutes for the soybean meal and is used as a vegetable protein source component of the pig complete formula feed, and the dry water plant powder and other components are prepared into the complete formula pellet feed; and C, qualified mixtures in Step B are prepared into the pellet feed with diameters in a range of 3-4 mm by a pelletizer. The production method is simple, and the feed is water plant animal feed which replaces the soybean meal with the water plant powder part, uses the water plant powder part as one of the components of the animal feed directly, can reduce the feed cost remarkably, can increase the content of protein, lipid and the like in the feed, can improve the quality and can enhance the pest and disease resistance of fed animals. |
