abstract | The invention relates to a magnesium compound loaded-type olefin polymerization catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method is as follows: a magnesium compound is dissolved in a solvent in the presence of an alcohol to form a magnesium compound solution, and the magnesium compound solution is directly dried or dried after full precipitation by adding of a precipitator to form a magnesium compound carrier, the magnesium compound carrier is treated by chemical treatment agents of a silicon containing compound and an IVB metal halide to finally prepare the magnesium compound loaded-type olefin polymerization catalyst. When the magnesium compound loaded-type olefin polymerization catalyst is used in olefin polymerization in the presence of alkyl aluminum and halogenated alkyl aluminum as cocatalysts, the catalytic activity is high, and an obtained polymer has the characteristics of high bulk density, uniform particle distribution, moderate molecular distribution and the like, and is especially suitable for production of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene by a slurry polymerization process. |
