abstract The invention discloses a high-efficiency and energy-saving spray-drying and automatic-packaging production method for powdery polyaluminum chloride. The method comprises a high-efficiency and energy-saving spray-drying step and a powdery polyaluminum chloride automatic-packaging and discharging step. In the high-efficiency and energy-saving spray-drying step, two spray concentration towers with packing layers are connected in series for removing dust and acidic gas from drying tail gas and concentrating liquid polyaluminum chloride, tail gas at 105 to 110 DEG C produced by spray drying is secondarily utilized, passes through the first and second spray concentration towers to be used as heat sources of the first and second spray concentration towers respectively. The high-efficiency and energy-saving spray-drying and automatic-packaging production method for the powdery polyaluminum chloride is low in production energy consumption, high in production automation degree, humanized and environmentally friendly.
