abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing pleurotus salmoneostramineus liquid spawns with yellow serofluid as principal raw materials. The method includes the following steps: A, conducting pretreatment on the yellow serofluid: filtering the fresh yellow serofluid, conducting split charging, conducting pasteurization at 62 DEG C for 30min, and storing the sterilized yellow serofluid for standby application; B, using the yellow serofluid as the raw materials, using waste molasses as substrates, conducting selection to determine that a liquid fermentation medium comprises 0.5-3.0% of waste molasses, 0.1% of MgSO4 H2O, 0.2% of KH2PO40, 0.01g/L of VB1, 0.05-1.5% of thickening agents, 0.2% of mixed wood flour powder and the balanced pre-treated yellow serofluid, and adjusting pH to be 4.5-6.5; C, enabling the fermentation conditions to be that the pH is 4.5-6.5, the inoculating size is 10%, the temperature is 25-31 DEG C, the rotation speed of a shaking table is 160r/min, and the cultivation time is 49-120 hours; D, enabling the pleurotus salmoneostramineus liquid spawns obtained by fermentation in the step C to be inoculated to a kernel medium cultivating bottle containing the wood flour powder according to the condition that the inoculating size is 10%. According to the method, nutritional ingredients of the yellow serofluid and the waste molasses are sufficiently used, and the spawn production period and the production period of pleurotus salmoneostramineus are easily shortened.
