abstract |
The invention discloses an agent for predicting susceptibility to ankylosing spondylitis and belongs to the technical field of medical biology. A genotype of an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) locus of an NCR3 (Natural Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 3) of a subject is measured by extracting a genomic DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) of a host cell, and then the susceptibility of the subject to ankylosing spondylitis is predicted. The agent has the advantages that the correlation between the polymorphic locus of the NCR3 gene and ankylosing spondylitis is explained for the first time, and a method for predicting the susceptibility to ankylosing spondylitis is provided and can be used for prevention, auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and also for research and development of new drugs. |
