abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of plastic modification, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a low floating fiber flame retardant reinforced PBT (Polybutylece Terephthalate) material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly stirring components in parts by weight by a high speed stirrer: 55-70 parts of PBT, 5-10 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.2-0.5 part of a silane coupling agent, 10-20 parts of chopped glass fibers, 10-15 parts of an environment-friendly flame retardant, 0.1-0.5 part of an antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of a lubricant and 0.3-0.8 part of a floating fiber scavenger; then, melting and extruding in a twin-screw extruder and cooling; and finally carrying out injection moulding to obtain a product. The product prepared by the invention has the advantages of low floating fibers, flame retardance and reinforcement. |
