titleOfInvention Organic light-emitting lighting device
abstract The invention relates to an organic light-emitting lighting device, which comprises a first electrode layer, light-emitting layers and a second electrode layer. The light-emitting layers are arranged away from the first electrode direction, and the forbidden band widths of the light-emitting layers descend sequentially; when the dc driving voltage is lower, the lighting intensity of the light-emitting layer with small forbidden band width is high, and the lighting intensity of the light-emitting layer with larger forbidden band width increase gradually as the driving voltage increases. As the driving voltage increases, since the carrier mobility of an electron transport layer is larger than that of a hole transport layer, an electron and hole recombination center is closer to the hole transport layer side, and the light-emitting color changes. The organic light-emitting lighting device is driven by pulse voltage, and the color and the brightness can be adjusted by adjusting the amplitude value and the time of the pulse voltage. Based on the structure of the traditional organic light-emitting lighting device, the light-emitting color can be adjusted without adding a functional layer and a preparation process, the preparation process is simple, and the light transmittance is high.
