abstract The invention discloses a color light-emitting diode, which utilizes blue light to generate red light and green light. The blue light emitting material is placed between the cathode layer and the anode layer to emit blue light. The re-emitting layer has a first material in the first diode portion, converting blue light to red light, and a second material in the second diode portion, converting blue light to green light. The transparent material is in the third diode part, so that part of the blue light can be transmitted through the transparent material. The anode layer area is divided into three electrode parts, which are respectively located in the three diode parts, so that red light, green light, and blue light in the diode part can be controlled separately.
