titleOfInvention Stibium-bismuth co-doped tin oxide conductive thin film, and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a stibium-bismuth co-doped tin oxide conductive thin film, wherein the chemical formula of the thin film is SnO2: xSb<5+>, yBi<5+>, wherein x is not less than 0.005 and not more than 0.15, and y is not less than 0.005 and not more than 0.08. The visible light transmittance of the stibium-bismuth co-doped tin oxide conductive thin film can achieve 95%, and can be applied to a thin film electroluminescent display. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the stibium-bismuth co-doped tin oxide conductive thin film.
