titleOfInvention Carassius auratus gibelio brain tissue cell line sensitive to cyprinid herpesvirus II, and establishing method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a carassius auratus gibelio brain tissue cell line sensitive to cyprinid herpesvirus II (CyHV-2) and an establishing method and application thereof. The cell line is preserved in China Center for Typical Culture Collection with an accession number of CCTCC No. C2013179. The carassius auratus gibelio brain tissue cell line has a good growth state and is sensitive to CyHV-2 which can be hardly cultured by using a common fish cell line; when CyHV-2 is continuously passed to a sixth generation on GiCB cells, viral nucleic acid can still be detected, and a cytopathic effect is stable; when an ultrathin electron microscopic section is prepared from cells having the cytopathic effect, considerable mature CyHV-2 virions and replication of the virions can be observed in the GiCB cells. The establishing method for the carassius auratus gibelio brain tissue cell line has good repeatability and scientific and reasonable conditions, is applicable to in vitro culture of CyHV-2 and provides a technical platform for research on separation, detection, culture and intact biological characteristics of CyHV-2.
