titleOfInvention Preparation method for leather gloss agent
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method for a leather gloss agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of feeding 20-25 parts of carnauba wax, 8-9 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 10-12 parts of silicone oil, 20-25 parts of protease, 10-15 parts of a leather smooth feeling agent, 30-35 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 10-12 parts of a plasticizer by weight into a reaction container, heating to 78-82 DEG C, and stirring for 50-70 minutes; adding 2-4 parts of an emulsifier by weight, and stirring for 25-35 minutes; adding 50-60 parts of distilled water by weight, and uniformly stirring; cooling to 20-40 DEG C, then adding 50-60 parts of water and 2-4 parts of a preservative, and continuing to stir for 50-70 minutes to obtain a canned finished product. The preparation method meets a requirement on environment friendliness, and all indexes can meet a ministerial standard; furthermore, the preparation method for the leather gloss agent is simple and feasible, and the reaction adjustment is gentle.
