abstract | The invention discloses a water-based antirust flame-retardant paint which consists of the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of perchloroethylene resin, 10-12 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 10-15 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 3-5 parts of acetone, 5-7 parts of aluminum tripolyphosphate, 8-15 parts of silicon carbide powder, 4-6 parts of lead tetroxide, 6-12 parts of antirust pigment and 20-30 parts of distilled water. The water-based antirust flame-retardant paint disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the obtained film of the paint is not burnt easily, and the coating does not change after staying at a constant temperature of 550 DEG C for 4 hours, thus fireproof and flame-retardant properties are excellent, and the paint can be used in high-temperature environment; the chemical corrosion resistance is relatively strong, and the salt fog resistance, alkali resistance (10% sodium hydroxide solution) and acid resistance (6% hydrochloric acid) do not change within 500 hours; the coating is flat and bright and beautiful and elegant and has strong decorative property. |
