abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of plastic modification, and especially relates to a preparation method for a low-floating-fiber flame-retardant reinforced PBT material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing uniformly raw materials by using a high-speed stirrer, then sending to a double screw extruder for fusion extrusion, cooing and finally performing injection moulding to obtain the product. The raw materials comprise the following compositions in percent by mass: 55-70% of PBT, 5-15% of a flexibilizer, 10-20% of short-cut glass fiber, 10-15% of a flame retardant, 0.3-0.8% of a floating-fiber remover, and the balance a silane coupling agent, an anti-oxidant and a lubricant. The product prepared by employing the preparation method has the characteristics of low floating fiber, flame retardance and reinforced performances. |
