The present invention relates to a method for catalyzing the synthesis of cis-hexahydrofuro[2,3-B]furan-3-ol by a novel chiral non-metallic catalyst. The method uses 2,3-dihydrofuran and glycolaldehyde The polymer is used as a raw material, and under the catalysis of the chiral non-metallic catalyst oxazolidine cation, cis-hexahydrofuro[2,3-B]furan-3-ol is obtained; the furanol is selected by enzyme catalysis (3R,3AS,6AR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-B]furan-3-ol can be further isolated.
