abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of production methods of tablets and Chinese medicine production, and provides an instant tablet taking baeckea frutescens as a main component and a preparation technology of the instant tablet. The tablet mainly comprises mixed extracts of five crude medicines, namely, a baeckea frutescens extract, a sophora alopecuroids extract, a cortex phellodendri extract, bunge corydalis herbs and fructus cnidii, as well as borneol, polysorbate 80, sodium benzoate, a filler and a disintegrant, wherein the filler is selected from magnesium stearate, mannitol, sorbitol and TAG (treated agar) or any combination of magnesium stearate, mannitol, sorbitol and TAG, and the amount is 15%-20% of the total amount of a prescription; and the disintegrant is selected from MCC (microcrystalline cellulose), C-CMC-Na (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), CMS-Na (sodium carboxymethyl starch), PVPP (cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone) and L-HPC (low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose) or any combination of MCC, C-CMC-Na, CMS-Na, PVPP and L-HPC, and the amount is 2%-15% of the total amount of the prescription. The preparation technology of the instant tablet is a direct tablet compressing method. |
