abstract | The invention relates to a light-color conversion film, which includes a substrate and a light-color conversion layer on the substrate, wherein the light-color conversion layer is made of oligomers containing phosphors, acrylate functional groups, and acrylate functional groups. The phosphor powder is the only powder in the composition, and the thickness of the light-color conversion layer is 100 microns to 300 microns. The present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a light-color conversion film, which includes applying the composition of the above-mentioned light-color conversion film on a substrate, and curing the composition to form a light-color conversion film. The light-color conversion film of the present invention has excellent light uniformity without using light-diffusing particles, has a long service life, and does not need to undergo a solvent manufacturing process. When used with lighting equipment such as light-emitting diodes, it has both environmental protection and energy-saving characteristics. |
