titleOfInvention Spinning technology suitable for high-speed spinning machine with externally-arranged coiling device
abstract The invention relates to a spinning technology suitable for a high-speed spinning machine with an externally-arranged coiling device. The technology comprises the processes of mucilage glue counting and supplying, filtering before spinning, yarn strip forming, spinning and coiling. The technology is dedicated for the spinning machine which comprises the externally-arranged winding device and at least one spinning roll set. Controlled by the mutual action of the processes and technological parameters, yarn strips can be coiled, in the externally-arranged coiling device, into wet yarn, packaged in a cake shape, and/or into wet yarn, packaged in a barrel shape and/or wet yarn packaged in a twisted mode, wherein the yarn can be used for twisting threads directly. The technology can ensure that the spinning machine reaches high spinning speed and ensures product quality at the same time. The yarn strips cannot be polluted in the final coiling forming process due to the fact that acid liquid is washed by water and oiling agents drip, so that the subsequent dying technology is ensured. Moreover, worker operation is simpler and more convenient; equipment maintenance is easier; energy consumption is reduced. Thus, production efficiency is effectively improved, and product cost is greatly reduced at the same time.
