titleOfInvention Method for regulating and controlling of water quality of Litopenaeus Vannamei culture pond
abstract The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling of water quality of a Litopenaeus Vannamei culture pond, which comprises the following steps: at the middle and later periods for culturing Litopenaeus Vannamei, taking pond dissolved oxygen value of water quality at 8-12mg/L as a normal value; mixing a water quality regulation and control agent as well as pond water according to proportion of 1:10-15 when the pond dissolved oxygen value is continuously lower than 8mg/L for 4 days, and splashing in whole pond to complete the regulation and control of water quality; wherein the water quality regulation and control agent is composed of lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, molasses, calcium dihydrogen phosphate and water. Compared with the prior art, at the middle and later periods for culturing Litopenaeus Vannamei, when the pond dissolved oxygen value is continuously lower than 8mg/L for 4 days, the self made water quality regulation and control agent is employed for intervention, and probiotics function is fully performed, good culture environment can be kept, disease generation is reduced, culture risk is reduced, no antibiotic medicine is used in whole culture period, the application of other medicines is reduced, and the healthy green culture can be provided.
