titleOfInvention Instant flocculating agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an instant flocculating agent which comprises anionic polyacrylamide, a cosolvent and an accelerant, wherein the cosolvent comprises polybasic carboxylic acid and monobasic carboxylate; the accelerant is a weak-acid sodium salt; in the raw materials, the dry weight ratio of anionic polyacrylamide, polybasic carboxylic acid, monobasic carboxylate and weak-acid sodium salt is (5-9):(0.1-3):(0.5-4):(0.1-3). A preparation method of the instant flocculating agent comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the anionic polyacrylamide, polybasic carboxylic acid, monobasic carboxylate and weak-acid sodium salt into a reactor respectively; stirring for dispersion at a temperature of 10-50 DEG C; performing a composite reaction for 0.5-3 hours so as to obtain the instant flocculating agent. The instant flocculating agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small product dosage, low cost and good flocculation effect; secondary pollution to a water body is avoided, the dissolution rate is adjustable, and the instant flocculating agent can adapt to the wastewater with varying water body. Moreover, the production process is simple and environment-friendly with low energy consumption, high efficiency and high operability.
