abstract | The invention belongs to the field of chicken feeds and particularly relates to a feed for producing eggs suitable for being eaten by pregnant women and infants and a preparation method of the feed. After laying hens with the ages of 150-240 days are fed by a full price feeds for 2 weeks, eggs which are enriched with four nutrients including folic acid, DHA (Docosahexenoic Acid), vitamin E and vitamin D are obtained, wherein the contents of the four nutrients in each 100g of the eggs respectively reach 110 micrograms, 250mg, 15mg and 18 micrograms and are more than 3 times, 4 times, 6 times and 9 times as much as those of common eggs; meanwhile, the content of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid is greatly increased when being compared with that of the common eggs and the DHA is effectively protected. |
