Organic high-molecular polymer polyethylene and organic solvent are stirred evenly at a proper temperature according to a certain proportion, and inorganic oxides (titanium dioxide and silicon glass powder) with different proportions are added, so that the objectives of improving adhesive force of adhesive films and ultraviolet resistance of the cells and prolonging service life of the adhesive films are achieved, the leakage problem of the thin-film solar cells is solved well, and adaptability of the cells to external environments is improved. The materials prepared by the method can be applied to the photovoltaic industry and the semiconductor industry such as optical accelerant. |
