abstract | The invention provides a method for separating cobalt from a cobalt-containing alloy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) electrodissolution; (2) electrolysis; (3) impurity removal and drying. The CoSO4.7H2O product is obtained by carrying out electrodissolution on a Cu-Co-Fe alloy, electrolyzing a solution after electrodissolution and concentrating and drying the electrolytic solution after removing impurities from the electrolytic solution. The percentage by weight of Co in the CoSO4.7H2O product is not less than 20.92%, so that the product meets the requirements of ternary cathode materials. |
