abstract A disclosed method for synthesizing 2, 4, 5-substituted thiazole ring derivatives by enzyme catalysis comprises: in an organic solvent, taking benzoyl isothiocyanate, a secondary amine and an acetylenedicarboxylate ester as reactants and reacting under the catalysis of an enzyme to obtain the 2, 4, 5-substituted thiazole ring derivatives, wherein the enzyme is one selected from the following: alpha-amylase coming from hog pancreas, diastase coming from aspergillus oryzae, lipase Ay30 and trypsin coming from porcine pancreas. The method is extremely mild in reaction condition, high in yield and environment-friendly.
