abstract | The invention discloses a processing method and complete equipment used for extracting animal commercial grease from fresh discarded leftover materials of livestock and poultry processing plants, and belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering and environmental protection. The complete equipment comprises a chemical substance tank, a storage tank I, a vibrating screen, a centrifugal machine, a storage tank II, an oil-water separator, and a finished product tank; preceding stage and backward stage feed inlets and feed outlets are connected successively via oil pumps; the feed inlets of the chemical substance tank, the storage tank I, the storage tank II, and the finished product tank are arranged on the upper parts of the tank bodies, and the feed outlets are arranged on the bottom of the tank bodies; bottom sewage draining exits of the chemical substance tank, the storage tank I, the storage tank II, the finished product tank, and the oil-water separator are connected to an effluent collection pool; the lower part of the chemical substance tank is connected to a steam pipe; the internal parts of the storage tank I, the storage tank II, and the finished product tank are provided with steam heating tubes and automatic cleaning devices; condensate water outlets of the storage tank I, the storage tank II, and the finished product tank are connected to a condensate water recovery pool for recycling; and the out walls of the storage tank I, the storage tank II, and the finished product tank are all provided with liquidometers and thermometers. The processing method comprises following steps: chemical processing, sieving, settling separation, oil-water separation, and barreling of finished products. |
