abstract | The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering coatings, and particularly relates to an active antistatic agent and an ultraviolet light polymerization antistatic coating thereof. The active antistatic agent is prepared by adopting the steps of: preparing a tetrahydroglyoxaline intermediate, introducing an active group and carrying out quaternary ammonium salinization on the tetrahydroglyoxaline intermediate. The ultraviolet light polymerization antistatic coating comprises the antistatic agent. The active antistatic agent prepared by adopting the invention has the characteristics of small molecular weight and low viscosity, and can be used as an active diluting agent in oil-based and water-based coating systems. The ultraviolet light polymerization antistatic coating prepared by adding the active antistatic agent provided by the invention is capable of enabling a coating film to obtain durable and excellent antistatic performance under the condition of no need of adding the antistatic agent, resists washing and wiping, is heat-resistant and stable, and is strong in adhesive force; and meanwhile, the coating film also has the characteristics of good transparency, strong decoration property and the like, and can be widely applied to PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastics and woodware industries. |
