abstract | The invention discloses a modified asphalt flame-retardant modifier. The modified asphalt flame-retardant modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.7-2.5 parts of iron ore residue, 1.5-2.3 parts of nonylphenol ethoxylate, 3-5.5 parts of zinc carbonate, 1.3-3.2 parts of polystyrene-glycidyl methacrylate resin, 2.5-4.5 parts of epoxytetrahydrophthalate dioctyl ester, 0.8-2.2 parts of paraformaldehyde, 2-3.5 parts of magnesium oxide and 0.5-1.5 parts of natamycin. The modified asphalt flame-retardant modifier disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of good dispersion, easiness in adding, safety, environmental friendliness and the like, and can improve production efficiency, prevent pollution to a working environment and realize little equipment corrosion; the iron ore residue, epoxytetrahydrophthalate dioctyl ester and magnesium oxide are used as flame retardants, so that the environmental friendliness is realized; the flame-retardant components are properly matched, so that the synergy of various flame retardants and the high efficiency are fully realized; the direct blending and adding way is adopted, so that the production process steps are simplified and the production cost is reduced. |
