titleOfInvention Antibacterial dust-suppression halogen-free flam-retardant ABS and preparation technology thereof
abstract The invention discloses an antibacterial dust-suppression halogen-free flam-retardant ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) material and a preparation technology thereof. The material comprises 50-70 wt% of ABS, 10-20 wt% of PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), 10-20 wt% of a compound flame retardant, 0-10 wt% of an antibacterial agent, 0-5 wt% of an antistatic agent, 10-20 wt% of a flexibilizer and 0-5 wt% of other processing auxiliary agents. By adoption of the compound flame retardant, the material has good flame retardant effects, and good mechanical performances and processing fluidity, and an aging performance of the material are guaranteed to meet the using standards. The antibacterial dust-suppression halogen-free flam-retardant ABS has an antibacterial function and a dust-suppression function and has characteristics of flame retardance, good mechanical performances, and the like. The ABS material is especially suitable for requirements of medical apparatus and instruments, household appliances, decoration materials, and other industries. In addition, the technology can be controlled easily and is suitable for continuous production.
