titleOfInvention Preparation method and applications of thermosetting phenolic resin coated hollow glass microspheres
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of thermosetting phenolic resin coated hollow glass microspheres. The preparation method comprises following steps: firstly, the hollow glass microspheres are treated with a silane coupling agent; the treated hollow glass microspheres are uniformly coated with a phenolic resin-ethyl alcohol solution, wherein mass ratio of phenolic resin to the treated hollow glass microspheres is controlled from 0.1:1 to 1:1; and then the thermosetting phenolic resin coated hollow glass microspheres are obtained after high temperature setting. In addition, a thermosetting phenolic resin coated hollow glass microsphere/polystyrene composite material can be prepared by subjecting the thermosetting phenolic resin coated hollow glass microspheres and polystyrene to extrusion using a double-screw extruder, and granulation. The preparation method is simple, cost is low, and comprehensive properties of the composite material are improved.
