abstract | The invention belongs to the field of organic semiconductor materials, and discloses a copolymer containing naphthalenetetracarboxylic diimide-s-indacenobithiophene, a preparation method thereof and applications thereof. The copolymer has a general structure formula as follows, wherein n is an integer between 7 and 87; R1 and R2 are the same or different and are selected from hydrogen, C1-C20 alkyl and C1-C20 alkoxybenzene; and R3 is C1-C20 alkyl or C1-C20 alkylbenzene. According to the copolymer, the s-indacenobithiophene unit and the naphthalenetetracarboxylic diimide are subjected to copolymerization to form an electron donor-receptor structure so as to adjust the bad gap of the polymer and to push the absorption band edge of the polymer to infrared and near infrared zones, thus increasing the sunlight utilization rate and further increasing the light conversion rate. |
