abstract The invention discloses rabdosia rubescens procoagulant effective components and a preparation method and application thereof. The effective components comprise rubescensin A, rosmarinic acid, salicylic acid and ferulic acid. According to results of in vitro experiments, rubescensin A and rosmarinic acid have no significant difference (P>0.05) in reduction of plasma recalcification time compared with vitamin K1, so it is proved that rubescensin A and rosmarinic acid have procoagulant effects; salicylic acid and ferulic acid have significant difference in the aspect of plasma recalcification time compared with a blank group, vitamin K1 and breviscapinun, salicylic acid and ferulic acid have longer plasma recalcification time compared with vitamin K1 and shorter plasma recalcification time compared with the blank group, so it is proved that salicylic acid and ferulic acid have certain procoagulant effects; thus, the effective components consisting of rubescensin A, rosmarinic acid, salicylic acid and ferulic acid all have procoagulant effects.
