The gelatin and the decomposed coal in the formula of the special rapeseed fertilizer have functions of improving and repairing the soil and are good for effective release of the fertilizer effect; the nanocarbon is capable of passivating and repairing the soil polluted by heavy metal; the special rapeseed fertilizer can not pollute the environment and the crops; the yield and the quality of rape can be greatly improved.
