abstract | The invention discloses a coating-containing wing leading edge component which comprises a wing leading edge shell and an anti-icing coating positioned at the outer part of the shell, wherein the anti-icing coating comprises primer and finish paint; the primer is zinc yellow acrylic polyurethane primer, and the finish paint is organic fluorosilicone modified acrylate coating; the dry film thickness of the primer and finish paint is 15 microns and 30 microns respectively; the organic fluorosilicone modified acrylate coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55-65% of organic fluorosilicone modified acrylic resin, 20-25% of color filler, 3% of nano silicon dioxide, 3% of nano titanium dioxide, 1% of leveling agent, 0.8% of antifoaming agent, 1.2% of dispersant, 0.5% of catalyst and 3-5% of solvent. The coating-containing wing leading edge component disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce the formation of an ice layer on the wing leading edge, and is favorable for the formed ice layer to fall off. |
