abstract | The invention relates to a front-edge component of an anti-icing propeller blade. The front-edge component comprises a front-edge housing of the propeller blade and an anti-icing coating positioned outside the housing, wherein the anti-icing coating comprises a primer paint and a finish paint, wherein the primer paint is a double-component epoxy primer paint, and the finish paint is an organic silicon-modified acrylate coating; the thicknesses of dry films of the primer paint and the finish paint are 25mu m and 45mu m respectively; the organic silicon-modified acrylate coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55-65% of organic silicon-modified acrylic resin, 20-25% of color filler, 3% of nano-zinc oxide, 3% of nano-aluminum oxide, 1% of leveling agent, 0.8% of anti-foaming agent, 1.2% of dispersant, 0.5% of catalyst and 3-5% of solvent. The front-edge component of the anti-icing propeller blade according to the invention can effectively reduce the formation of an ice layer on the front edge of the propeller blade, and is favorable for enabling the formed ice layer to fall off. |
