abstract The invention discloses a coating rubber roller for a high-grade automobile plate production line and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the field of rubber rollers and preparation methods thereof. The rubber for the rubber roller comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50.7-58.1% of ethylene-propylene rubber, 29.1-38.1% of carbon black, 2.5-2.9% of naphthenic oil, 2.5-2.9% of ester oligomer, 2.5-2.9% of tackifier, 1.0-1.2% of flow promoter, 1.9-2.2% of vulcanizing agent DCP, 0.28-0.32% of sulfur, 0.18-0.20% of accelerator BZ and 0.18-0.20% of accelerator DPTT. The method comprises the following steps: compounding the rubber; winding and rubberizing; vulcanizing in a vulcanizer; and carrying out lathe grinding. In the rubber compounding process, the materials can be sufficiently dispersed and fused. the rubberizing grain color difference on the roller surface can be eliminated, the consistency of internal and external hardness of the rubber roller is high, and the material distribution consistency and roller surface roughness consistency are high, thereby satisfies the operational requirements for the coating rubber roller for a high-grade automobile plate production line.
