titleOfInvention Recycling method of Oppenauer crude product mother solution
abstract The invention provides a recycling method of an Oppenauer crude product mother solution, which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out neutralization elutriation on an Oppenauer crude product mother solution with diolefin to obtain a crystal; (2) concentrating with methylbenzene and caustic soda flakes to obtain a crystal solution; (3) carrying out Oppenauer reaction on the crystal solution, and washing with boiling water to a neutral state to obtain an Oppenauer reaction solution; (4) previously adding 400-500L of tap water into a distillation tank, adding 3kg of caustic soda flakes, dissolving in 50kg of water, sucking into the distillation tank, sucking the Oppenauer reaction solution into the distillation tank by vacuum, carrying out distillation for 12-14 hours, discharging while the material is hot, and cooling to crystallize to obtain the Oppenauer oxide crude product. After recycling the Oppenauer crude product mother solution, the detection indicates that the Oppenauer oxide content in the Oppenauer oxide crude product is up to 35%, so that the comprehensive yield of the Oppenauer reaction is enhanced by 0.5%, and more than 10000 yuan of pure profit can be enhanced for every ton of Oppenauer oxide; and meanwhile, the environment pollution by the Oppenauer crude product mother solution is avoided.
