abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and relates to the medical application of 2,2-dimethylchromanone compounds containing a piperazine structure and analogues thereof. Its general structural formula is as follows: wherein, X is independently selected from CH 2 or C=O; when Y is selected from CH 2 ; Ar is independently selected from methyl, hydroxyl, methoxy, ethoxy, nitro , fluorine, chlorine, bromine substituted or unsubstituted phenyl; n is defined as an integer from 0 to 3; and X is independently selected from CH 2 or C=O; when Y is selected from C=O, Ar is independently selected from Methyl, hydroxyl, methoxy, ethoxy, nitro, fluorine, chlorine, bromine substituted or unsubstituted phenyl; n is limited to an integer of 1 to 3. The novel compound of the present invention is used clinically as an effective anti-platelet drug, especially a drug for preventing or treating coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by platelet aggregation.
