titleOfInvention Synthetic method for 3-methyl-4-nitroiminoperhydro-1,3,5-oxadiazine
abstract The invention discloses a synthetic method for 3-methyl-4-nitroiminoperhydro-1,3,5-oxadiazine. Methyl nitroguanidine and paraformaldehyde are employed as reaction raw materials, an acetic acid aqueous solution is employed as a solvent, a product 3-methyl-4-nitroiminoperhydro-1,3,5-oxadiazine is produced after reaction under action of catalysts. The method is characterized in that the catalysts are macroporous strong-acid cation exchange resins; the molar ratio of methyl nitroguanidine to paraformaldehyde is 1:3.3-3.5; the mass ratio of methyl nitroguanidine to paraformaldehyde is 0.347:1; the weight ratio of methyl nitroguanidine to paraformaldehyde is 14.75:1. The beneficial effects of the method are as follows: macroporous strong-acid cation exchange resins are employed as catalysts, and the reaction process of N-methyl-N'-nitroguanidine and paraformaldehyde is optimized; the content of the produced 3-methyl-4-nitroiminoperhydro-1,3,5-oxadiazine is more than 98.5%, and the mole yield can reach 88.1%; the selected catalysts have stable performances and can be used repeatedly.
