The beverage product has the effects of promoting salivation, quenching thirst, strengthening the spleen and tonifying the lung, reinforce the kidney, replenishing vital essence, improving hearing and eyesight, soothing the nerves, prolonging life and the like, can effectively improve the life quality of the drinker, and thus, is a green environment-friendly healthy beverage with obvious health care action. Every 1000 parts by weight of green tea beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of fresh green tea leaf, 15-25 parts of Chinese yam, 15-25 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 10-15 parts of Laminaria digitata, 5-10 parts of dangshen, 5-10 parts of licorice, 5-10 parts of dark plum freeze-dried powder, 5-10 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 1-5 parts of taurine, 1-3 parts of sorbitol, 1-2 parts of high fructose syrup, 1-5 parts of lentinan and the balance of water. An ultrasonic assisted secondary extraction technique is adopted to extract active substances in the Chinese medicinal herbs, thereby enhancing the extraction rate of the active substances and enhancing the nutritive value of the green tea; and the beverage has the advantages of wide raw material sources, simple production technique, high extraction rate and lower facility request, and is convenient for large-scale industrial production. |
